Arbiter Mob Tracker: A Tower Locator App for Law Enforcement Agencies
Arbiter Mob Tracker is an Android application developed by Arbiter Network that collects network tower CELLID (2G, 3G, and 4G) information from crime spots or current locations. The app allows law enforcement agencies like State Police Departments, ATS, SOG, NIA, SIB, CCP, Taskforce, SOT, CID, Counter Intelligence Cell, and CBI to search for the location on Google Maps using the CELLID database and get the address and sector direction of a given Cell ID.
The Tower Locator Features include SDR search, CELLID search, Google Maps, Share, Copy, Search MCC/MNC codes, Spot CELLID, Route CELLID, Search Mobile Number's Network Provider Information, Search IMEI Number's Make and Model, and Search Domain Name for a given IP address. However, the app is only useful for law enforcement agencies and not for civilians or other users.
